Refund policy
Returns/Exchanges
We offer a 14-day return policy for store credit or an exchange. This means you have 14 days after receiving your product to request an exchange or store credit to purchase something else
To be eligible for your store credit or exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags and no odor.
To start your exchange or return, scroll to the bottom of the website where it says "Start a return". If you are having any difficulties, you can contact us at myvibez@vibezscrubs.com and you will be prompted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
T-Shirts cannot be returned but can be exchanged for size discrepancies.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, we'll send you your desired item or a code for store credit.
