Your items will usually ship out between 1-3 business days.

VIBEZ is happy to offer free standard shipping on orders with a pre-tax total of $100.00 or more.

The cost of expedited shipping is based on the order shipping address and calculated at checkout. Please be aware that we cannot update or refund your UPS shipping method after checkout. 

The cost of shipping is non-refundable, even if you return your order.

Once you receive your tracking number and your item is at the shipping location, VIBEZ is no longer responsible for your item. We hope this doesn't happen, but if your package is not received or damaged from mail carriers, please contact USPS, UPS or whichever carrier used to file a claim.
